Q.Need Help Identifying These Black Bugs On My Plants

Hello, my name is Tanvi and I live in Bangalore, India. I found these small black bugs on a cluster of plants today in my balcony. They are small, about 3 mm and are 6 legged. They don’t seem to fly. PFA pictures, it’s hard to capture them since they crawl fast. I’ve never seen these before on my plants and I’m unable to identify them from a Google search. Please help! What are these bugs and how harmful are they? And how do I get rid of them?
