Need Growing Information On The Plantain Plant

Hi folks I am wondering how big a Plantain Plant, the Major something ones, get. How tall and wide? can I grow one in a pot indoors. It is for medicinal/Holistic uses. Please let me know what variety might work to grow indoors in a pot, so I can have the fresh leaves to use all year round. Thanks!! Stan

I will assume that you mean the weedy plant, and not the banana relative, since you intend to use the leaves. These, weedy, plants will grow very well in container! They require no special treatment.
