Q.Navel Orange Tree in Phoenix, Arizona

Anonymous added on March 3, 2014 | Answered

Due to a winter freeze, our 14-year old navel orange tree produced only a small amount of fruit this year. Do I fertilize it (1) normally this season, (2) avoid fertilizing it at all, or (3) do something different to return the tree to its normal production?

Continue to fertilize as usual. This article will help with fertilizing requirements for citrus tres: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/citrus/fertilizing-citrus-trees-best-practices-for-citrus-fertilizing.htm
