Gnats on herbs

I brought my herbs in for the winter and i have little nats in them. I have been using an organic fertilizer especially for herbs so I don’t know if they are in that or were on there from the outside. How can i get rid of them without chemical since i use the herbs for eating?

You can use sticky traps to catch them. Also be sure you are letting the soil dry out between watering. Wet soil attracts the gnats and they lay their larva in the soil.
