Name of the Tree

My friend from Brazil sent me this photo and she doesn't know the name of this tree, as it was planted many years ago by her mother that unfortunately isn't alive anymore. My friend and myself would love to know the name of this tree as the flower looks like a fish. Many Thanks

Yes, it does look lke a fish, and in fact it's commonly known as the goldfish plant! The botanical name is Nematanthis gregarius. There are several varieties with slightly different flower color and shape:
