Name of the plant

I went for a walk and saw this plant in the sideway. It had deep purple leaves. What plant is it and how can I grow it?

Smoke tree/smoke bush. No not that kind, don’t smoke it! But plant one and enjoy. When they bloom they are unique and beautiful.
