Name of plant and where to find

I was given seed pods and three sprouted. The leaves resemble a palm only real lacy and they have a sticky substance. Very temperamental. Can put on leaves profusely then start turning yellow and drop off. Has very unusual sticky substance that even makes the pot sticky. Can you tell me the name of this plant? How to find care info? Indoor plant or patio.

This is a False Aralia plant.

The sticky substance and yellowing leaves would indicate a infestation of some kind of insect.
Treat the plant with Neem Oil. Neem Oil is safe for people and pets.
