Myers Zoysia and dollar spot

Zoysia lawn developed dollar spot fungus which has spread. Have applied fungicide twice. Left with large brown grass with some bare places. Applied triple 13 in April. Have irrigation system and am watering three times a week at 5 a.m. Average day temps in high 90’s and night time lows in upper 70’s. Currently mowing at 1 1/2 inches. Can I fertilize again now to get things back on track? What fertilizer should I use? Any other suggestions?
