Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI bought two lemon trees two years ago. They are around 3′ tall, twenty-seven inches from dirt with large dark green leaves. The rest of tree that is 36″ tall has smaller leaves dark green leaves. There are one and half (1 1/2 )thorns. Should they be cut off and when do these trees bare fruit – there are no blossoms.
What can I do to promote blooming?

It sounds like you are describing suckers growing from the root stock of your citrus tree.
The suckers should be cut and removed as soon as they appear.
A healthy Lemon Tree should start producing fruit in it’s 3 year.
