Q.My yellow squash plants have beautiful blossoms but produce no fruit. The blossoms shrivel up and die.

Squash plants produce both male and female flowers. Once both types of flowers are produced, they can be pollinated. Sometimes in early stages there may be only one type of blossom, but, but it should eventually produce both male and female blossoms. You may want to pollinate them by hand.
