Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI dug up and replanted a wisteria vine several years ago [had blooms on it then]. It is beautiful and put it next to a tree in my yard so it could twine around and go up it. It is now 30 40 feet up tree but it has never bloomed. Any suggestions?

I was told by a 3rd generation nurseryman that “whipping” the trunk with a piece of old garden hose would cause the wisteria to bloom next season…it always worked for him. I would suggest that this be done without onlookers!
