Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in southern New Jersey. My wisteria was budding when we just had a couple of days of unseasonal cold weather. When I went out to look at it after the cold days the buds had turned brown. Will it still flower? Do I cut all the buds off?
