Q.my wisteria shocked out after root removed

We are adding concrete and we removed a few roots from our wisteria vine.

Your wisteria is just trying to adjust itself to having part of its roots hacked away. Plants have a ratio between roots and leaves, and if you cut off some of the roots, you should also cut off some of the branches and leaves. If you didn't cut them off, they die anyway because the plant can't support them. I wouldn't worry, though. Wisteria are pretty tough; cut back the dying parts, and the plant should right itself in a few months.
