Q.My Wisteria Leaves Wiggle!
I live in the East SF Bay area and have a very healthy Wisteria, probably sinensis. I have noticed many of the entire compound leaves wiggling back and forth. I have gently stopped them, and they start wiggling again after I let go. It’s clearly not the wind. I am a UC Master Gardener volunteer and cannot find an answer despite extensive research!

I am guessing you have ruled out caterpillars of the silver spotted skipper? They roll up inside the leaves and may not be visible. I have seen those rolled up leaves on my wisteria but can't say that I've noticed the leaves wiggling. It could be another insect.
