Q.Old Wisteria Vine Not Blooming

Aluap added on June 19, 2011 | Answered

My very old westeria vine does not bloom. Why? It is in a sunny spot on a sturdy arbor in NH. We are near the seacoast. It has been pruned over the years. Fertilizer?
