Cold-Damaged Trees

I have two trees, a Rubber tree and a Weeping Fig. The two plants were sitting on my screened-in back porch. They are both about 5. 5 feet tall. They did not make it inside before the cold weather hit. They do not look good,  and I don’t know if there is any thing I can do for them. I have had the trees for 5 years now. Will it help if I cut them back, as they are losing their leaves a lot.

Just continue to care for them. There is a good chance that the plant’s leaves are the only part that was damaged. The leaves will regrow if this is case.
