Q.my tree type rosemary has gone brown

My beautiful bushy on foot inch wide stem has gone brown, is dying? Can it be saved. It’s been planted in the ground for about two years.

This is a common issue that hear time and time again from gardeners.
Rosemary can be such a finicky plant.

Watering is the biggest key to it's success, and they are very sensitive to either too much or not enough water.
Often times when you discover it's unhappiness, it is too late.
