Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy tree has fallen down and I would like to replace it with an evergreen tree, which flowers and has fruit, that will grow to approx 30′. I hope this is enough info.

Evergreens are not generally know for flowers but here is a few that produce flowers.
Oleander Tree, Thevetia Tree, Evergreen Magnolia, Loquat, Henry Anise Tree.
