My Tomato Plants Have Yellow Leaves

My tomato plants have yellow/dry leaves and seem to have some bug damage. The weather isn’t hot. They get plenty of water every other night. Lettuce has tiny black bugs. My potato leaves, lettuces, and tomato plants have some bug bites out of them. I’m new at this gardening thing, so could use all the advice I can get.
