Tomato Plants

Q.my tomato plants are drying out and dying starting at the bottom, the leaves look rusty

the plants are both determinate and indeterminate, they have blooms but only one has any tomatoes

Have you been feeding the tomato with anything? This sounds a bit like nitrogen toxicity, but it can be hard to say for certain without seeing the damage. I would offset this with a high phosphorus and potassium feed. This will counter the nitrogen, as well as provide what the plant needs to bloom.
