Q.My Tomato Plant Leaves Are Wilting

They receive sufficient amount of water. I mulch the soil to keep it moist. Why are the leaves wilting?

It looks like leaves are curling, which is often environmental. Make sure it isn't getting too much water. Also, pull the mulch away from the stem about 2 or 3 inches to avoid stem rot. This article should help:
