Variety is green zebra.

Unfortunately, this looks to be Bacterial Canker (Clavibacter michiganensis), for which there is no cure. Solarizing soil is one way to ensure that the disease is killed off, but this will take some time and require everything in the area to be killed off. Here are some articles for more information:
