Q.strawberries bloomed profusely but no strawberries

I have a strawberry patch that is about 6 yrs old and was renovated 2 yrs ago. The plants look healthy, they are not planted too deep, they are full of blooms but have a few very small or mostly no strawberries. We did not get a late frost this year. Should I just pull them up and forget about it?
