Spider Plants
Q.

my spider plant

Zone Paradise, CA | yommomma added on February 22, 2016 | Answered

The plant is a fully grown one, but hasn't produced any spiderettes? Could you give me something I need to do to encourage them? This is the first one I have owned that didn't do it. Thanks

Longer daylight hours in spring can trigger production of spiderettes.

Do not fertilize your plant as this can also stop production of spiderettes.
