Q.My Small Leaf Lindon Tree Had Been Dropping Pods ALL Summer For The Past Two Years?

The two trees are about 23 years old. They have always had a season of dropping pods, but they have been dropping pods all summer for the past two years. It seams most of the pods are on the exterior pasts of the branches and not on the interior. My lawn always always looks like a mess. I mow and within a couple of hours it looks like this. (photo included)

You can sterilize a tree, but this is best left to the professionals. Sterilizing trees will require a bit of knowledge on using the chemicals that it takes to sterilize. These chemicals can have serious environmental and health consequences with misuse.
