shrimp plant’s leaves are curly

My shrimp plant’s leaves are curling really bad. What does that mean? This plant is in a pot outside and noticed in the past few days that the leaves on the plant are curling. I need to know what to do at this point.

Curling leaves can indicate an insect issue.
Inspect the plant for any signs of aphids or other insects.
Treat the plant with Neem Oil, this works as both an insecticide and fungicide.
