Q.sago was vandalized and leaves torn off

My sago was vandalized last night and the palm leaves torn off. Will it keep my sago from growing? What will happen to the plant?

I'm so sorry your beautiful palm was damaged.

I would carefully trim any remaining damaged fronds.
Keep an eye out for disease or insects that may try to feed on the stressed plant.
Read the link below and I recommend the application of Epsom Salt as directed.
