Q.My Sago Palms have gotten sunburned from the 118 degree weather in So California. What should I prune on them.
We have had such hot weather this summer in Los Angeles, CA area that my Sago Palms have sunburned. I don’t know what I should prune if any thing off them and should I fertilize them. I need some advise.

If you haven't been fertilizing, you can add a general, slow-release fertilizer. As for pruning, unless the sunburned leaves are dead, I wouldn't cut them out. They don't look dead in the photo, only yellow. See the article below about pruning.
