Q.My Rose Leaves Are Dying.
So I have planted a rose in my lawn last month and it dropped all leaves.This month It makes new leaves and the new growth comes red. After few days the leaves turn green and curl from tips and turn black. It does not seem to be black spot and neither it has any pests. I have also used fungicide thiophenate methyl in soil but i don’t see any improvement. The plant is in sufficient sunlight for 4 hours direct and 2 hours indirect. How can I cure this using home items.

Is it getting enough water? Environmental stresses can cause the leaves to drop. New leaves often are red. I'm wondering if there was some chemical burn from the fungicide. Keep it watered well till it can get established. These articles should help:
