Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe raspberry bushes are planted with the blackberries and all went into the ground last spring. We did get a few raspberries but this was not expected. We did not get blackberries. This year we did get some blackberries (8 bushes, about 2 pints) before the birds got to them, but the raspberries have done nothing but send up stalks, which I am trying to control and contain the bushes to the specific location planted.

I would recommend a soil test.
You can then determine if you need to make any adjustments for berry production.
Your local county extension office can help you with a soil test.
Here are links to help you find your local extension office and the growing needs of raspberry.
