Raspberries

My raspberries have new growth that are running all over the garden. What do I do with them? poppa gary

Your best bet to take care of these runners is to dig them up. If you use weed killer on them, that could harm the mother plant.

To control the runners in the future, you will need to put a barrier in the ground. It will need to go down at least 12 inches, 18 is better, into the ground.
