Q.My Rangoon Creepers are a riot of healthy green leaves, but never make flowers. I fertilized them with BR61. How can I get
flowers? 1 . One plant is in shade and growing up into trees to sun; the other is in full sun. Next, I will twist it tightly around a tall pole with the old idea of toughing-up a plant will make it bare. Why don’t my Rangoon Creepers ever make flowers. I will cut one back by a third and twist it around the pole as I was told. Can you help me?
