My mango trees are burnt by forest fire. So the leaves are yellowing but not falling down. I would like to know how to care or manage the mango trees.

I would provide optimum care while the tree recovers.
Pruning the dead and damaged parts of the tree should help the tree focus it's energy to the living parts of the tree.
You will need to wait it out to see if your tree can recover from such an event.
