Q.My Potted Ti Plant Leaves Are Shredding
I live in Southern California about a mile from the ocean. The plant is in a large pot. The pot is unobstructed and faces west. We are experiencing June gloom and temps in the mid to high 60s at the moment. Plant is watered twice per week with a sprinkler system.

It likely is a pest like snails or slugs. About an hour after sunset, visit your plant with a flashlight and look for the pest. Ti plants also do not tolerate salt spray, if you are close enough for that. Also, make sure the soil is not getting too wet. Here is more:
