My Potted Cyclamen Has Entered Its Dormant Period (in Australia) But Is Already Putting Out A Crop Of Tiny New Leaves

I followed all instructions for after flowering and leaf dropping. Should I continue to treat the corm as dormant?

Yes, continue to treat it into dormancy. This will mean that the soil is too moist to enter dormancy. Once the soil dries out it will do what it is supposed to do.
