Q.My Plumeria Has Lost All Of Its Leaves Except For One. Is This Due To The Plant Going Into Dormancy?

Most likely. Here in Dallas/Fort Worth, they go dormant anywhere from late November to December; it varies every year but most plants were late to go dormant as temperatures had been warmer than average due to La NiƱa Weather Pattern. Once dormant, I do not water until there is leaf out in spring.
