My plum tree

my plum tree has tons of flowers it is four years old .Last year it yielded about 19 -12 fruits only .How can I make the plant yield more fruits.

You could start with a soil test; you may have too much nitrogen in the soil; limiting fruit production.
You also may need some pollination help.
