My plants are running vines. They are dragging to the floor

The top is full. Do I replant them, and what do I do with the running vines. Do I cut them off and put in water to root then plant them in bigger pots.

It sounds like your plant needs a good trim. You can trim the full top and you can cut back the long vines. And yes, you can try propagating them in water or in a fast draining mix like perlite.
