Q.My Plants Are Not Producing Berries
My plants are multiplying all over my garden like popping up everywhere then growing to great heights but without berries! Why? This is the second year but prior to that they were giving off loads of berries. Each year I cut them right down to the base.

This really depends on the type of berries in question, but for the most part two factors will be the cause. This will be nutrient imbalance, and pH imbalance.
There could be a lack of phosphorus and potassium in the soil, or there could be too much nitrogen in the soil. Both will cause what you are experiencing.
