Q.My Pepper Plants Grown From Seed Are Getting A Silver-ish Look On Leaves After 3 Days Outdoors.

Two possibilities come to mind. The first is that these plants were a bit shocked by sunlight and heat after being planted outside. Here are some tips: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/leaf-scald-in-plants.htm
The other is that they may have a little case of powdery mildew, and here's some info about that:
