My peace lily is not thriving. Also, the leaves get black at the tip. What am I doing wrong?

I have moved it to several locations, but have not solved the problem.

Here are some cultural needs to check. Often, it's a watering problem, over or under watering, that causes the brown or black leaf tips. It also could be low humidity or too much fertilizer.
