My passion fruit has weird looking bumps on the stem

I just noticed that my passion fruit has small little green bumps all along the stem.

I can’t determine what the bumps are from just your description. It could be a normal appearance or something more serious, such as Scale pests or disease.
Can you send us some images of the ‘bumps’?
