Orchids

I have been recently gifted 3 orchids a few weeks ago, and I am wondering if there is something wrong with them but unable to figure out to give the right care to them. I have placed them on my window pane where they get a little bit of early morning sunshine. Two of them have got this white spot on the leaf and one has still got flowers on it but the leaves are not standing up straight and have become rubbery. Please help me save them.
