Is the lack of flowering new this year or has it never flowered?

How old is your tree? Orange trees will bloom when they are mature enough to do so, which can take up to 5 years.

Is your tree getting sun, plenty of water, and regular fertilization?

Where are you located? What has the weather been like? Any unusual cold weather or frosts?
