My Newly Planted Fountain Grass, Does Not Seem To Be Growing

Zone 6a and 6b .. fertilized twice in 5 weeks and in full sun. Not growing or thriving. But No brown evident.

They don't need much water or fertilizer, so make sure you aren't overdoing it. Is the container an ample size for growth? What about the soil? Did you use a good potting soil mix?
