Q.My Montgomery Cherry Tree Has Brown Tipped Leaves And No New Growth. We Bought It A Year Ago, What Can I Do To Save It?

This looks like overfeeding, or overwatering.
Make sure that the container allows all extra water to exit. If not, you may need to drill drain holes at the bottom and bottom sides. You can test with a moisture meter, but you will need to test down to 4-6 inches. This will need to be fairly dry before watering again. This article will help you to test soil moisture:
