Q.My Monkshood Has Never Flowered But Grows Well Evert Year. This Spring It Has Grown About Four Feet & Has Lovely Shiny Leaves, But
no flowers.What is the problem here & how can I fix it? My garden is on the east coast of Vancouver Island.

I would test your soil! This sounds like you may have too much nitrogen, or not enough phosphorous and potassium in the soil. This can be corrected by adding phosphorus and potassium, usually, but I would test it, first. Otherwise, the pH of the soil could be off. Here are a few articles that will help:
