My lime tree lost most of its leaves and has many small limes but no new Leaf growth after 3 months

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage, and area around the tree. With limes, though, leaves will drop because of watering issues, mostly. Unfortunately, this can be too much, OR too little water. This article will help:
