My Lime Tree –Leaves Are Losing Their Green Color-Fading???

Question

I have problems with white fly and have put a treatment solution in the ground. This is a new problem–leaves changing color and some leaf drop. Another plant in a pot suffers from leaf drop and my tomato plant has black wilting leaves. I put the solution on all plants for insects–now what?  I live in south Florida.

As for the tomatoes, there are several tomato diseases that can do this. They include early blight, tomato spotted wilt virus, necrotic spot virus, bacterial canker. All of these persist in the soil and will reinfect tomato plant if they are repeatedly planted there.
