Q.Lilyturf turning yellow

My lilyturf is turning yellow and pulling easily from the roots. What is the cause and the cure? The stems are pulling out easily with brown roots.

Yellow leaves are a sign of problems in the roots of the plant, for a number of different reasons, which are discussed in the following article:
